- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water (about 110°F)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the baking soda.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
