2. Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

  • Pat steak cubes dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce for 1 minute.

3. Serve:

  • Plate the crispy potatoes and top with steak bites. Drizzle extra garlic butter from the pan.
